Kirk Fallis, Attorney – Mediator

R. KIRK FALLIS LL.B, M.A., LL.M., previously worked as corporate counsel for London Life Insurance and AGF Insurance providing advice to policyholders in the areas of investments, estate, and retirement planning. Prior to joining Diane Neumann & Associates, Kirk was a research attorney in the California Superior Court, where he developed and implemented guidelines to assist judges in effectively and efficiently managing cases through the mediation process. He has also worked for the Massachusetts Office of Dispute Resolution, providing mediation, facilitation, and group training to courts and government agencies.

Kirk received his law degree from the University of Western Ontario in Canada and holds an Advanced Law Degree in International Law from Golden Gate School of Law in San Francisco. He has taken postgraduate course work at Harvard University and has a Masters Degree in Dispute Resolution from the University of Massachusetts. Kirk is a licensed attorney in Massachusetts and California.

He specializes in mediating with clients who have financial assets that primarily include a marital residence. In general, these clients’ income is within the Massachusetts Child Support Guidelines which is total family annual gross income of $250,000. His other areas of expertise are clients who are self-employed and clients who have a family business. The focus of his work is to help families navigate through their legal, financial, and personal conflicts in order to reach a resolution that is in the best interests of each family member. Kirk works primarily with South Shore clients (those clients living in Braintree, Cohasset, Duxbury, Hanover, Hingham, Holbrook, Hull, Marshfield, Norwell,Pembroke, Plymouth, Quincy, Scituate, Weymouth) at his office in Milton.

Kirk is the father of three young children, and many of his clients appreciate his knowledge of that age group.
