The least expensive ways to obtain a divorce is to do-it-yourself, or to use a mediator. Unless you know Massachusetts law, you probably need to hire a mediator in order to understand the legal and filing issues of a divorce action. Mediation is efficient and less expensive then using 2 divorce attorneys.
