Are Massachusetts mediators licensed?

The mediators at Diane Neumann & Associates are licensed as attorneys, and Dr. Cooper is licensed as a psychologist. Unfortunately, a person does NOT need a license to practice as a mediator in Massachusetts. In fact, a person does not even need to have credentials, and there is no training requirement.
