Mediation can help you with changes in the custody arrangement or visitation schedule of your child, including:

• Alterations to the regular parenting schedule
• Alternations to the vacation or holiday schedule
• Relocation of one or both parents, within or outside of Massachusetts, including travel and other costs associated with the relocation
• Disagreements over child activities, such as sports or travel

At Diane Neumann & Associates, we will assist you with modifications to your Divorce or Separation Agreement, Parenting Plan, other prior agreements, or agreements that need to be made in order to deal with unexpected situations. Mediation allows you to reach a comprehensive agreement in a way that minimizes conflict and court costs. At the end of your mediation, we will assist you to complete all legal filings, including Modifications, Amendments, and Stipulations, or draft a private agreement that is not filed in court.
